ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) - Thursday 22^nd November 2012 at 1830 hrs @ Columbia Plaza, Limassol

Dear Members and Fellows,

It gives me great pleasure to invite you on behalf of the Committee to the Annual General Meeting of the ICS Cyprus Branch, which will be held on Thursday 22^nd November.

AGENDA

- Annual report of the Chairman

- Financial results of the Branch

- Branch Elections

- Any other business

The Branch Committee will be retiring since the Committee Members have completed two years in service and a new Branch Committee will be elected at this year's AGM.

In accordance to the "Rules and Regulations" of the Branch, nominations in writing to replace the retiring Members of the Committee, duly proposed and seconded, must be received by the Secretary latest by 19^th November 2012 at the Branch's E-mail address: cyprusbranch@ics.org.uk

Members who are unable to attend the meeting are entitled to vote by Proxy. Proxy forms, as per the attached specimen, must be handed to the Secretary of the Branch prior to the commencement of the AGM.

We are also glad to announce that we will have Captain Dirk Fry as our honorable speaker who will give us a very interesting presentation about shipping industry developments.

At the conclusion of the meeting we will continue with our usual social get together.

Considering the elections to be held we would appreciate your presence and we look forward to welcoming you all at the Annual General Meeting.
