NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the THIRTIETH  ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers Educational Fund ("the Fund") will be convened at 85 Gracechurch Street, London EC3V 0AA on 14^th December at 1100 when there will be transacted the following business:

1.      To receive and consider the Report and Accounts of the Fund for the period ending 31 May 2010 together with the auditors' report thereon

2.      To elect Trustees to the Committee of the Fund for the ensuing year

3.      To elect an Auditor
