ICS Annual General Meeting

Overview

This year we have the opportunity to hold the AGM in conjunction with the Institute's Annual prize giving event on the 30^th October, which is followed the next day by the Executive Council meeting.  This has the benefit of guaranteeing sufficient attendance for the AGM to be quorate and thereby an effective meeting. It would however require us to accept a date just two days outside of the Bye Law provisions of 150 days from the commencement of the ICS year starting 1^st June, which is the purpose of this early notice.

AGENDA

1.      ICS President's welcome
2.      To receive and consider the statement of accounts 31st May 2012
3.      To confirm the composition of Controlling Council 2012/13
4.      To elect auditors
5.      Any other business.
