Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) for United
Engineers Berhad against a Norwegian company.
Over a 35-year period in practice, Dato' Benny has extensive
experience as both Counsel and Arbitrator in a wide area of
commercial law including construction, infrastructure, off-shore,
shipbuilding and corporate conflicts.
In 2007, London based Legal Who's Who named Jude Benny in a
group of eleven most respected maritime lawyers in the world.
In 2012 Best Lawyers named Jude Benny as "Lawyer of the Year -
Shipping" in Singapore.
