ICS Mumbai branch AGM

Overview

As almost all committee members have gradually resigned due to either busy time constraints or health and other reasons, the limited caretaker members have been busy with shifts of office and attracting new committee members.

In so doing, this year's AGM of the Mumbai branch, has been exceptionally delayed.

The AGM is now scheduled to be held on 28th March 2023. The meeting will be held physically at The Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers, Mumbai Office, located at 602, 'B' Wing, Times Square Building, Nr.Marol Naka Metro Station, Andheri East, Mumbai at 04:00 pm. Those unable to join physically, can also join online on zoom, the link to which will be provided on the same day.

At this meeting, Members willing to volunteer will be requested to provide their consent to re-creating a fresh branch committee.

Subsequently the committee will elect its own President, Secretary and Treasurer. The present limited Care taker members will hand hold the fresh committee towards a smooth hand over.
