Hong Kong Branch Brookes Bell joint event

On Wednesday, 29 March 2017, The Institute Hong Kong Branch in partnership with BROOKES BELL organised the joint event at Mariner`s Club, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong.

This event was aimed to present some updated issues when carrying various cargoes and the value of maritime professional services. Experienced engineers from Brookes Bell presented case studies of high-profile problem cargos that arose when shipping challenged the boundaries of knowledge and expectations.

The attendees were highly engaged to the presentation as many questions popped up for discussion.

After an enlightened presentation, drinks and networking completed a successful seminar in which everyone got the chance to socialize, discuss about the presentation and plan future events.

There were total about 80 persons attending the seminar, and most of them are active in shipping practice such as ship owners, trading companies, arbitration, ship management, insurance, etc. Most attendees gave positive feedbacks that this seminar was useful and valuable for them thanks to the support of Brookes Bell.
