Around 35 shipping practitioners attended the latest Baltic/ICS Lunchtime lecture in September in Shanghai. The topic of this first lecture of the second series was "Sulphur Cap 2020, Are We Ready". The lecture in Shanghai wad delivered by Mr Zhuang Wei, Regional Manager Asia-BIMCO.
