The Baltic and the Institute come together again for the third year with the much loved lunchtime lectures

The third series of the Baltic & Institute lectures has restarted this autumn

On Wednesday 25th September we restarted our lunchtime lecture series.

The Baltic Exchange and the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers are working together to offer to their members interesting lectures on burning topics.

The lectures are free to attend to members and company members and other guests will be able to attend however they must book and purchase a ticket via www.ics.org.uk/lectures.

In London we secured two fantastic speakers:

Ian Gaunt, President LMAA, Maritime Arbitrator and Karina Albers, Arbitrator and Expert Witness.

As always the lecture was dynamic and engaging with real business examples. The hall was full and it was a pity to let the speakers go after one hour, as the audience were eager to hear more about other arbitration cases, though lively chat followed over the drinks and food provided.

A sincere thank-you to Ian and Karina as well as LMAA, for the wonderful experience provided.
